JBW is once again exhibiting at the SPS 2024 industrial trade fair in Nuremberg represented. We are looking forward to many technical discussions about your applications. It is always exciting to see what the optimum drive solution can look like. Take a look at our DC and BLDC geared motors and associated drive components to get a better feel for the motor design, weight and dimensions. This will make it easier for you to determine whether and how a motor fits best into the environment and installation space. We assemble everything else you need for a complete drive system and deliver it to you ready for installation and well packaged at the desired time.

Exhibits

The selection of worm gear motors, spur gear motors, planetary gear motors, BLDC motors and DC motors without gear as well as various modified DC gear motors provide you with a good overview of different drive variants.

New BLDC and DC geared motors

This BLDC planetary gear motor is available in two variants:

• Gear with two ball-bearings
• Reinforced planetary gears allow high torque and low gear backlash
• In one variant, the first stage of the planetary gear has helical teeth and is made of plastic, which significantly reduces running noise.

BLDC planetary gear motor P016024

• Spindle motors work with high precision.
• Spindle bearings provide almost backlash-free concentricity and can withstand high radial and axial forces.
• Low mass inertia of the spindle allows high rotation speeds and optimum acceleration to be achieved.

DC planetary gear motor P016025

• With internal hexagonal shaft for special smart home applications such as roller blinds, awnings, lighting, etc.
• Very quiet
• Low power consumption
