All JBW employees live the quality management system in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:2015, which the company management made the strategic decision to introduce in 1998.
Since then, the system has been continuously adapted and improved in line with changing market, customers' and employees' expectations. The necessary audits are carried out regularly to confirm certification.

Customers surveys for supplier evaluation
We regularly conduct customers surveys to obtain feedback on customers satisfaction. We ask our questions so that we can see how quality has improved from the customer's perspective since the last survey. Quality in every respect, not just in relation to drive technology products and our engineering services. We have the entire service chain evaluated - from A-Z, from quotation to approvals.
