"It's been some time since our last customer survey. We would like to achieve an excellent response rate again in the customers survey we have just launched. Last time, we were naturally very pleased with the overall very good rating from our customers," explains Managing Director Mirko Wilden.
As part of our consistent quality management in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 we sent out a mailing to our customers today for the new customer survey. In it, we ask for an assessment of our rated powers based on nine criteria so that we can find out what fits and what we should improve. We look forward to receiving many responses, comments and suggestions.
For every response we receive, we will donate 10 euros to the Parents' Initiative Internal 3 at the Dr. von Hauner Children's Hospital Munich e.V.
