After evaluating the many responses we received, we are delighted with the almost invariably good result, the many nice comments and even explicit praise. Of course, we would also like to thank you for the suggestions, requests and criticism that we received. We incorporate some of this into our quality management. And, of course, we discuss this with our contacts in the purchasing and development departments, as some things are very customer-specific.
